For our 8th wedding anniversary, we decided to go to Ruth's Chris steak house. It did not disappoint, we booked for the reservation online. The service was excellent, it's a very popular restaurant, it took a while for us to get the food but it's understandable. The portions were huge, we shared everything from starters to desserts. Everything tasted amazing, the calamari was so tender. They served our Cowboy ribeye steak on a sizzling 500-degrees plates, we ordered medium and it came at exact medium temp.
The lobster mac and cheese was amazingly good. I could never eat too much at a restaurant so I'm the kinda person who always ask for a to-go box. I kept the leftover steak in the fridge for 2 days and heated it on the stove, and it was still amazingly tender, which was quite shocking, I was very impressed!!! The only small disappointment was the crème brûlée, it was not as I expected but I am still giving this place a 5-star because this is a steak restaurant so I'm not gonna judge for the dessert.
